Rogue gospel musician Willy Paul has finally come clear on his meeting with Tanzanian superstar Diamond.
In an interview with Pulse magazine, Willy Paul said he and Diamond discussed various topics and especially music.
The 'I Do' singer revealed that he will be working on several collabos with Diamond.
“We talked about a number of things and one of them was how we can work together as artistes, including releasing collabos,” he said.
Willy Paul confirmed his visit to Tanzania and the meeting with Diamond was to launch his 'I do' tour in the country.
“Remember this was a tour to launch I Do in Tanzania and the Diamond courtesy call is just one of the projects I had in my plan,” he said.
Earlier in the week, Kenyans were outraged after photos emerged of Willy Paul with Diamond in Tanzania.
Rurmours circulated that Willy was planning to ditch gospel for secular music after joining Diamond's Wasafi records.
