A presidential aspirant is the talk on social media after he invited Kenyans for mbuzi choma at State House if he beats President Uhuru Kenyatta.
Speaking to the press outside the Supreme Court, Dr Kavinga Kaluyu exuded confidence that he would march to the house on the hill as the new President.
Kaluyu stated that he was going to win the repeat poll tomorrow, 26th October, and hold a goat eating banquet to celebrate.
“We are ready for the election. I am confident that we will win. I will invite everyone for a goat eating at State House on Friday,” said Kaluyu.
Kenyans reacted to his statement with humor considering that he was running against two political giants, President Uhuru and Opposition Chief Raila Odinga - who said he was boycotting the election.
Others praised the aspirant for the gusto to which he believed in his dream in the face of the herculean task to defeat the two.
Kaluyu, an Independent presidential candidate conceded defeat during the August poll after the Uhuru and Raila galloped away in a two horse whose results were later annulled by the Supreme Court.
He worked as a director of training for Corporate-America Training and Consulting in the USA and holds PhD in Urban Systems.
Kaluyu known for his distinct American accent also has a Masters degree in Finance and Economics from New Jersey Institute of Technology.
He obtained his first degree in Finance and Economics from Ramapo College of New Jersey.
