The National Super Alliance (NASA) coalition has announced where it will hold its first public rally after its leaders signed an agreement that officially kick-starts its existence.
One of the NASA leaders, Raila Odinga, announced that the opposition coalition will hold a rally on Saturday, February 25, in Eldoret Town.
Eldoret is the hometown of Deputy President William Ruto, a Jubilee Party stronghold.
The announcement means that NASA will start digging deeper into Jubilee Party strongholds weeks after it held a rally in Bomet county, another Jubilee stronghold that is gradually drifting away into a battlefield for the two factions.
NASA has officially been registered after its leaders (Raila, Kalonzo, Wetangula and Mudavadi) signed an agreement that will see them work together as they seek to unseat Uhuru Kenyatta.
NASA will likely unveil its presidential candidate in the coming days.
